Today, after a lot of tweaking, we finalized our card viewer. Users are able to click any card they own to view further information, see market values and more. We also list the total number of that card minted, allowing you to see at a glance how rare it is.
As mentioned in our tokenomics, dusting is a way for users to destroy cards and earn quick MYTHRIL without having to sell the card and pay taxes.
Dusting is an attempt to evade the problem of mass market dilution as seen with large projects such as Alien Worlds (shovels everywhere!). Instead of the market being flooded with common cards and the user waiting for a sale, we allow the user to bypass the entire process for a quick profit.
Finally, users will also be able to fuse the card, in one of two ways:
- Matching 3 of the same card and rarity will upgrade the overall rarity.
- Combining cards that have synergy will evolve the card into a different card entirely — often at the same rarity but possibly even higher.
